My experience with Manpower Ghent hasn't been particularly positive. Earlier this month, I decided to call you to inquire about a flexi-job. Barbara answered the phone and seemed rather disinterested when I shared my work experience and what I was looking for. She also said, "I have the memory of a goldfish; whatever you tell me, I'll forget by tomorrow." She was rather vague about vacancies and asked me to forward my CV, introducing myself and promising to follow up. To date, I haven't received a response from any of you, which I find quite unprofessional. How on earth are you going to motivate people who want to work if you maintain a detached attitude toward your clients?
